08h: 30 : To meet with the Director of the Inter Regional Toliara. He said that The Association of the Deaf in Toliara is the proprietor of the house but not the President of the Association of the Deaf in Toliara (FIMASATO).
The Deaf in Toliara need interpret. For example, when they are ill, there is a difficult of communication between the Deaf and the Doctor.
09h: 30 : Emission on Radio and TV Toliara concerning FMM.
16h30 : To meet with the Vice President of Lutheran Church in Madagascar at his office talking about FMM and problem FMM and FOFAMA.
