REPORT OF THE TRAINING ABOUT THE HUMAN RIGHT
07th---09th December 2005

The Law Ministry, the UNDP and the National Confederation of the Stage for the Human Right invited FMM (Represented by Dimby and Doric the interpreter) for a training about the Human Right. This training is not only for Antananarivo but for Madagascar. Here were 60 people there.

I have talked with the Attorney at the Law about the situation (a boy 9 years) in Fianarantsoa because there is a misunderstanding between Director of the Deaf school in Fianarantsoa and the parents of the deaf.

We (FMM) thought if we can accuse the school deaf because it expelled the deaf and the Attorney answers but if we did it becomes difficult. He suggested us to make a good relation between us.

THE NEW INTERPRETERS
12th----13th December 2005

All new interpreters in regions didn’t stop us about the beginning of the training . Is it on January or When?

I have already communicate Stig Krarup and he said that we have to wait from ATLAS at the end of December.

VISITING IN ANTANANARIVO 19TH December 2005

We visited the General Secretary of the Ministry of the Population; He is very glad to hear about the FMM’s projects. The other association often asked a help from the Ministry not the same to the FMM. He is ready to work with FMM.
He is going to negotiate with the Ministry of the Communication about the transmission News in Sign Language on TVM. Deaf people in Madagascar can follow TVM.

20TH December 2005
We didn’t meet with the General Secretary of the Mayor but with his second. Concerning the FMM’ office, he said that for the moment it is difficult to find a land or a house. In the same time, FMM also has to look for it. He remembers very well that lat year Dimby has already asked it . On 27th December (8h30), we had rendezvous to look together the plan. It depends on the decision of the Mayor and the Committee. Maybe FMM got it freely or has to buy (about the soil).

21st December 2005
The General Secretary of the President of Analamanga Region met with us. We explained about FMM, Deaf Right (for example asking for a financer for the interpreter salary).
